Instructions:

Place DTA_Launcher.exe in an empty folder and then click the Install/Reinstall button to let it automatically download and install the files to that folder. Once the installation has completed you can select the preferred resolution in the launcher and finally either click the "Launch" button to play offline (singleplayer) or the "Play on CnCNet" button to play on CnCNet (multiplayer).
